Our FiestaSlots platform is licensed and regulated under the jurisdiction of Anjouan, Union of Comoros, and we operate under License ALSI-202502014-FI1.1. These Terms and Conditions govern all use of our casino, sportsbook, and associated services.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

At Fiesta Slots, we require all players to meet the following conditions before registering an account:

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

We support the following currencies: EUR, USD, CAD, AUD, NZD, and BRL. Before a deposit can be withdrawn, it must be turned over — either staked once on sports at minimum odds of 1.50, or wagered three times in total. Withdrawing funds that were deposited but not played may attract a processing fee of 10% of the deposited amount. We reserve the right to report such transactions to the relevant authorities, and affected funds may be forfeited.

4.2 Withdrawals

Our withdrawal methods include Bank Transfer, MiFinity, Visa, Mastercard, and CASHlib. The minimum withdrawal amount is EUR 100 on every available method. The maximum withdrawal per single request is EUR 1,000. Our stated caps under General Terms clause 7.12 are EUR 5,000 per day and EUR 25,000 per calendar month; however, as each request is capped at EUR 1,000, reaching the daily cap requires five separate requests.

We may split winnings above EUR 30,000 into monthly instalments at our discretion. A player who has made only one deposit may withdraw a maximum of 15x that deposit; winnings above this ceiling are removed from the account balance at the time of the withdrawal request (clause 7.20). If any responsible gambling limit is active on your account — including a time-out, deposit limit, or bet limit — withdrawals are restricted to 10% per month of the total withdrawable balance for as long as that limit remains in place (clause 7.19).

5. Bonuses and Promotions

Here at FiestaSlots, we offer a range of promotions including our headline Welcome Casino Package of 250% up to EUR 3,000 + 1,000 Free Spins. By claiming any bonus, you agree to the following core conditions:

• The minimum deposit to qualify is EUR 20.
• Minimum bet while a bonus is active: EUR 0.50 (USD 0.50 / CAD, AUD, NZD 0.75 / BRL 2.50) per spin. Bets below this floor do not contribute to wagering, and any winnings from them are forfeited.
• Maximum bet while a bonus is active: EUR 5 (USD 5 / CAD, AUD, NZD 7.50 / BRL 25). Exceeding this limit will result in forfeiture of winnings.
• Wagering contributions: slots 100%, virtual games 50%, lucky games 50%, table games 20%. Live Casino does not contribute to bonus wagering.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time. A second bonus of the same type is held in the Available section and expires after 7 days if not activated.
• Real money is always wagered before bonus funds.
• Bonuses are limited to one per person, address, email, phone number, payment instrument, and device.
• If your balance falls to EUR 0.05 (EUR 0.50 on sports), any active bonus is automatically cancelled.
• Cancelling a bonus to withdraw early results in forfeiture of the bonus, associated winnings, and any amount wagered toward that bonus.

Maximum winnings from deposit bonuses are capped by the percentage tier offered (Bonus Terms D.2): 200% and above = 3x the initial deposit; 150–199% = 6x; 120–149% = 8x; 100–119% = 10x; 25–99% = 12x. Winnings above the applicable cap are forfeited.

We also note that free-spin winnings are subject to 35x wagering and capped at EUR 100. Players who have never made a deposit are capped at EUR 25 from free spins, free bets, or any no-deposit bonus. Cashback and loyalty bonus winnings are capped at 5x the amount awarded. At FiestaSlots Casino, we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time.

6. Restricted Countries and Bonus Exclusions

We do not offer our services to residents or citizens of the following jurisdictions: Aruba, Bonaire, Curaçao, Saba, Statia, Sint Maarten, the UAE, Brunei, Cambodia, North Korea, Japan, and Qatar. Players in approximately 50 additional territories may access our platform but are not eligible to receive any bonus, free spin, or free bet under our standalone Bonus Terms clause 1.15. Under General Terms clause 5.9.5(i), if we identify that a player has used a VPN or similar technology to access our site, we reserve the right to void all winnings, forfeit the entire account balance including deposits, terminate the player agreement, and permanently deactivate the account.
